I’ve missed this city!!
It had been about 6 or 7 months since the last time I did a photoshoot downtown and I can tell you I really missed the hustle and bustle, loud horns, dirty streets and homeless wondering by. Weird, I know. But it just isn’t a photoshoot without a funny story of a homeless person! In Fact, a couple of years ago when I was shooting with Henry we had a transgender homeless man stop us because he said I wasn’t moving my hips enough. Of course Henry and I laughed, thinking he was only teasing. BUT NOPE. no teasing at all. He then began to give me lessons on how to do the model walk. Even though I had informed him several times that I am not a model, nor need to have the model stance down. But he insisted. Sure enough, he took a few steps back and walked past us (purse in hand) and strutted his stuff.
I’ll be honest, he sure did a whole lot better than me!
It was funny and memorable. I was pretty upset that Henry never captured any of it on camera. I would have loved to had those photos for memories forever. This time however, me and Brandi didn’t have any funny homeless story, but we did have a busy downtown which made for some amazing photos!

I have really been drawn to the color yellow lately, last month it was burnt orange. But 2018 it is all about the yellows!
I love this ruffled sweater that is more of a mustard tone. It is gorgeous.
