Warmer weather is right around the corner for us Southern Californians, and I couldn’t be happier about it.
Yesterday morning after going through Edison’s closet I became so annoyed seeing the same 4 long sleeve tops and 3 sweaters over and OVER again while trying to find him something semi warm to wear! I kept passing by all of his short sleeve tops and thought he hasn’t had a chance to wear those in what seems like forever.
We are just beyond ready for summer already!
I’m in the same boat as him though, I seem to shift through my closet quickly to only find items I want to wear like sweaters and jackets and breeze past all the new tops I have been buying for Spring like this gorgeous lilac top. Crossing my fingers that the sunny forecast stays and we can all enjoy short sleeves and the sunshine this upcoming week.
Be sure to see my favorite beaches and restaurants to visit in San Diego below.
I recently shared about this fun lilac top in one of my Saturday Top Five Favorite posts, and also another Maternity Clothing Edit post. I saw this top online and was obsessed with the lilac color. So perfect for Spring, am I right? Not only was the color perfect, but the fit was exactly what I had been on the search for. Something oversized, yet feminine, and something that I can easily wear now while pregnant and again after the baby arrives since it is a button down making it nursing friendly.
SAN DIEGO TRAVEL GUIDE
All of these guides are great if you are coming this way for Spring Break. I still am in love with all of these restaurants and beaches, but I feel it’s time I work on some new updated posts with some of our new favorite locations and food joints. But, if you are new to visiting San Diego, these will be a great source to keep in mind.
What other guides would you like to see about San Diego? Where to stay? Things to do?
The busy season is starting for us in San Diego with so many people planning Spring Break this month and next. Earlier this week I picked up my in-laws from the airport. The thought dawned on me that starting this week and continuing the rest of the March we are slammed with visitors. I don’t think there is a day we won’t have a visitor this month!
That is the perk to living in an amazing place! Just hoping I can keep up with work while I play!
