Maybe it’s because we live in a world where taking photos is just so easy, but I feel like the only memories I can keep alive are the ones I have photos to help remind me. I love being able to remember every vivid detail of the memory because the photo speaks so loud.
Today I have teamed up with Shutterfly to share two different gifts for Mother’s Day.
I chose a 10×10 photo album book to give to my own mother this year because I feel like there has been so many fun photos we took the first few weeks of Edison’s life that I wanted my mom to remember and have a memory keepsake of how she felt when she first met her grandson. When I was creating the book on Shutterfly, I couldn’t believe how easy it was to custom make. It took me less than 20 minutes and I love the finished product. I downloaded several photos directly from my iPhone which made for the entire process simple and quick. I did a more simple, sleek black and white book with simple gold decals. I think it will be the perfect gift to give.
If you have a mother or mother in law or even a close friend that works at an office the calendar on the easel would make for such a fun gift, while still giving a sentimental message. Something they can set on their work desk, that has a good purpose yet still makes them feel right at home. There was a few different template calendars to choose from, but again, I did a clean black and white look because I feel it would go with just about anyones home or work style.
Awww, super sweet photos! I’m loving the vibe here and you two looks so adorable!
