baby food: Little Spoon
High Chair: 4moms
…

I started Edison on baby food at 6 months… fast forward and he is now almost 9 months old and he LOVES food so much! I am loving this phase in his life and just grow to love him more and more each day!
We recently discovered Little Spoon baby food and Edison is a fan!
We waited a little bit before diving right into Little Spoon since it is more of a phase 2 or 3 in consistency. After introducing cereal and puffs, I knew he was ready for chunks in his baby food. Edison loved the Chia seed, coconut flavor the most.
The best part about Little Spoon is it just shows up right on your front porch. They package it with several ice packs that way it is safe for your baby. It is recommended to refrigerate upon arrival.
We are slightly obsessed with the fun mix of flavors from their organic picked fruits and vegetables, it isn’t like what you would find at your typical store. It is also pediatrician approved, just to add one more reason to love it!

I couple of weeks ago I asked all of you on my IG stories some of the best baby solid foods to start with. I loved the responses and I had several other people wanting to know the recommendations as well. So I wanted to share the list here and what I love to give Edison.

Small cut up pieces of fruit
Black Beans
Raw Carrots and Raw Celery to munch on
