MOM TALK MONDAY: EASTER BASKET IDEAS FOR TODDLERS

Happy Mama Monday!

It’s officially April and Easter is just 3 weeks away.
What do you like to do for your kids for Easter?

I like to keep it simple. Buy things that are good quiet activities, learning activities and toys and clothing they may need. Almost everything in this post is under $30. Which is also a big deal to me too, I don’t feel like you need to spend a lot on Easter goodies. The kids are happy to just get one new toy and one outfit for church and are more interested in dying eggs and making all the Easter treats.

What are some Easter traditions you like to do?
This is the first easter where we will color eggs. I am so excited to watch Edison create something.

– Plasma Car – This is something I think I need to get for Edison. We have a strider bike, but when other friends come over, I think it would be fun to have this car for others to play with

– Hydro Flask Water Bottle – We have this for Edison and love it during the warm summer days. Keeps his water cold

– Egg Side Walk Chalk – I loved these side walk chalk for Easter

– Set of 3 Sports Balls – Edison has become an avid thrower of balls. He sure has an arm on him, which is impressive, so I love this set of 3 since we loose  balls often.

– Scooter – I got Edison a scooter around Christmas time on sale, just waiting for summer aka when baby arrives to give it to him as a “new toy”

– Water WOW! – We love these! We travel with them, take them to church and restaurants for entertainment

– Bath Fizzies – How cute are these. I think any toddler would love these during bath time

– Marble Run – We recently opened this and Edison has been obsessed. I mean, the first day we set it up he played for a solid 3 hours straight! Hardly even talked to me either, he was so concentrated. It’s also been a huge hit with all of our visitors we have had, kids of all ages.

–  Blue Dress – Such a darling Easter Dress

– Shape Sorter – We have this and it’s been so fun seeing Edison’s progression

– Animal Puppets – Puppets are so much fun. We love chasing each other around the house with them on our hands

– Coloring Roll – This is so much fun if you have more than one kid too

– Lego Train – We have this and Edison loves it.

– Blue Suit – Okay, getting this for my little bud for Easter

– I Just Like you Book – I think gifting books on holidays is the best idea

– Fishing Set – Such a fun entertainment to do inside our outside

– Twistable Crayola Crayons – These are the best crayons out there

– Color Sorting Bears – We have this and it is such a great way for toddlers to learn colors and sorting

– Boy Swim Trunks – A good excuse for a new swimsuit

– Girls Swim Suit – Same as above

– Doctor Play Kit – We have this, and Edison loves playing doctor. Me and Boss (our dog) make great patients

– Giant Ant Farm – Edison has slowly become aware of bugs. I think this would be a fun thing for entertainment

– Butterfly Garden – Same as above, I think this would be such a fun thing to do around Easter

– Mustard Dress – Such a darling Easter Dress

– Mess Free Coloring – We go through these like crazy! Love the Lightening McQueen one

– Magic Tracks – We have this car and it keeps Edison pretty entertained. We even set up an obstacle course for the track

– Tangle Set – Looks like a good quiet toy

– Pet Vet – If your child loves pets, I think this would be so fun. I know Edison would love i t

– Puzzle – We have this puzzle and love it

– Who Has Wiggle-Waggle Toes? Book – Looks like such a fun read

– Magnet Book – We have a magnet book similar to this. It is so fun and a good quiet activity
