Happy Love Day today!
I felt this duster pink blazer was appropriate for the day!
You can see my other Valentines post here with Edison!
I saw this striped blazer and knew it needed to come home with me right away.
The blush color, large pin stripes, and double breasted buttons were speaking to me!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
Are you the type of couple that likes to go out on Valentines to dinner, a movie or even just a dessert?
Or do you like to avoid the crowds and go on another day, maybe this weekend?
We have never really celebrated on the actual day of love, but rather another day since it is always super busy!
This is a look that I would wear out and about on our special date night!
Here is a funny little story about me almost 6 years ago!
My husband and I were dating and things were getting pretty serious. Serious enough that when Valentines was coming I thought a possible engagement could happen.
I love Valentines day, but I feel it is super cheesy to propose on Valentines Day (hope you aren’t offended for those of you who’s spouse did propose this day)
Anyways, I had such a strong feeling that Brandon was going to propose on Valentines day by all the hints he kept dropping.
So to avoid it all, I volunteered to work that day and night so I wasn’t free. He couldn’t propose to me if I was working, little did he know it was volunteer work! I was working at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant at the time and so of course everyone wanted off to celebrate the day with their loved ones.
Me.. nope! I was working to avoid getting proposed to on Valentines day! Isn’t that the worst thing you have heard today!!!
Turns out Brandon didn’t have plans to do it on that day to begin with. But he did end up asking me on April 6th (so not too far off from February) and it was the perfect day and setting for a proposal.
I will have to share our proposal story another time!
