It’s finally February. We all survived the longest month of the year. Am I right? January was quite possibly the longest, and most dreadful month I have experienced in a long time. So much of the month was dealing with me being sick, or Edison being sick. We are still slowly recovering from colds, but at least it is a new month and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
February also means, pink and red! For me I typically love showing some casual pink and red looks, since casual is my middle name. But, I also love to show looks that are a subtle hint of Valentine’s Day. Soft pink hues, red shoes you can wear over and over again that don’t scream holiday etc.
For today, I wanted to share a little bold red look. I found this sweater, that was actually under the maternity category. But I am not sure why it is maternity other than the fact that it is longer, which is highly a necessity. I feel you could get this sweater not being pregnant and it would fit perfectly too. I loved the large stripe pattern and the fun shades of red. You could easily wear this again without it feeling like a holiday sweater. I have a few other ideas for dressing casual this Valentine’s Day here.

I wanted to share some Valentine’s Inspiration. Since it is literally right around the corner! I shared several bold red and pink finds, as well as subtle pink, red, and even black and white options. Pieces of clothing that don’t scream Valentine’s Day and can be worn again and again.
