We recently celebrated Bonnie’s 2nd birthday this last month, and I know it is so cliché to say, but where has the time gone! I feel like it was just last week we celebrated her first “Berry Sweet” Strawberry themed birthday! I’ll admit, I have always wanted to throw a cute “Puppy Paw-ty” for one of my kids, but they just were never really into puppies. Until Bonnie, that is! This girl LOVES puppies and kitties. She pretends to be a puppy and kitty daily. So, it was truly the most fitting birthday theme for her. It was so perfect, so of course I had to use this theme to celebrate her! Thank goodness for Amazon and Etsy it was so easy to put together and I absolutely love how it all came together.
A “PUPPY PAW-TY” THEMED BIRTHDAY
This year we opted out of an actual birthday party. With three kids now, things look a bit differently, and 3 parties a year becomes a lot. So, we trade off parties every other year. On the off year we do some sort of “experience gift” of the kids choice. Whether that be a vacation, amusement park, season passes, private lessons, a few examples. I actually love this new tradition.
