MOM TALK MONDAY: 11 SMOOTHIE IDEAS FOR YOUR KIDS

 

Happy Monday all you mamas!!!

I recently asked a little bit ago if you had any favorite smoothie recipes and for you to share them with me! I tried a few and loved them and knew several of you other’s would want to know what you people suggested.

So here are a few recipes that are true and tested!


Our go-to smoothie

1 cup ice
Cover ice with Almond Milk
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 Banana
handful of blueberries
small handful of spinach
2 spoonful of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 spoonful of peanut butter
Blend together

Another favorite:

1 cup ice
Cover Ice with Almond Milk or Whole Milk
2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 banana
1 spoonful of peanut butter
3-4 tbsp  dry oats

One Package of Chocolate Shakeology
2 Cups almond Milk
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Ice
Blend Together


Full Fat Greek Yogurt (plain)
Frozen Cherries
Frozen Pineapple
Forzen Spinach
1 Banana
Water to thin out


Handful of spinach
Frozen Banana
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Protein Powder


Frozen Mangos
Coconut Water
Large handful of Spinach


Carrots
Mango chunks

1 ripe banana

3 tbsp dry oats
1 cup water
